Sleep Apnea Appliances

TAP3 Elite

The TAP® 3 Elite is the newest addition to the TAP family of appliances for the treatment of snoring and Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA).

The TAP device consists of a upper and lower tray fit over your teeth. It’s design is based upon the same principles used in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). The TAP is designed to keep the airway open allowing for air to pass freely. The patient simply wears it while sleeping.

The TAP® 3 Elite was developed by Dr. W. Keith Thornton. The Thornton Adjustable Positioner, or TAP®, is a custom-made, patient-adjustable oral device that the patient wears while sleeping to treat sleep disordered breathing. It’s simple design make it the most effective snoring and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) device. The TAP has the most independent peer reviewed studies published than any other oral sleep appliance available today.
